PARKER
Parker has an amazing network of trails for biking, hiking, and horseback riding, as well as numerous parks and open spaces
WELCOME TO PARKER
A small town with a big heart, Parker is a place rooted in history and heritage. The spirit of the west that lives here is matched in character only by its embrace of forward-thinking innovation. This rare balance offers experiences that are unique even for Colorado, making Parker the ideal getaway.

Parker has an inviting historic downtown and parks, many different trails and wide open spaces, and even a cultural arts center with engaging events. Whether you seek genuine family time with year-round community events and activities, inspiration in arts and culture venues, solitude in miles of open space and trails or togetherness with old friends, a day in Parker will be remembered for a lifetime.

H2O'Brien Pool is a popular summer destination for families, as is the indoor pool (complete with a slide and lazy river) at the Parker Recreation Center.

REAL ESTATE INSIGHTS

One of the largest and most luxurious neighborhoods in Parker is The Pinery. With over 2,000 homes in the community, The Pinery has a wide selection of homes, mainly consisting of three to five bedrooms. Most homes range from $700,000-$800,000 while some of the most luxurious homes break into the millions.

Cottonwood is one of the older and more affordable communities in Parker. With a wide range of amenities and a great location, this is an ideal option for first-time home buyers. Homes in Cottonwood typically range from $400,000-$550,000. Another one of my favorite Parker communities is Pradera. This luxury community features a private golf club with a fine dining clubhouse, a civic center with a pool, and top notch fitness center. Most homes in this community are priced at $1,000,000+.

The average home price for Parker was $743,191 in September 2022, and home prices have increased 14.0% over the last year.
